Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.

The Gujarat Board education was established on 1^st may, 1960 for providing good education to children. Boards headquarter is in the Gandhi Nagar. As the official data, for the HSC 2014 5.08 lakh students had appeared in general stream and 1.17 lakh in Science stream. For the General stream 367 examination centers while for science stream 110 examination centers were available for the candidates. The good thing about board was that they agganged the Half of the Question paper based on the Multiple Choice Question for the prevention of the cheating.

                    

The board has given sufficient holidays for the preparing for the examination as that it is one of the important examinations for the future.
